About the Position
The Hospitality Assistant will support day-to-day hospitality and service operations in a professional workplace. The role focuses on customer service, food-service support, cleanliness and maintaining high standards of workplace presentation and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide courteous customer and guest service.
• Assist with food and beverage service.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas.
• Support stock and supply activities.
• Follow food hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist colleagues during busy service periods.
• Maintain professional service standards.
Essential Requirements
• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and professional approach to work.
• Ability to work flexible or rostered shifts.
• Customer-focused attitude and attention to cleanliness.
Country-specific requirements:
Regulated healthcare professions are subject to the relevant Irish professional registration and recognition requirements.
Experience & Language
- Hospitality or customer service experience preferred
