About the Position
The Pharmacist will provide safe and effective pharmaceutical services while supporting patients and healthcare professionals with medication-related care. The role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of medicines and compliance with applicable professional and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
• Dispense and review medicines in accordance with professional requirements.
• Check prescriptions and medication orders.
• Provide medication counselling and appropriate patient education.
• Support medication safety and quality improvement activities.
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records.
• Monitor stock levels and appropriate storage of medicines.
• Liaise with doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow applicable pharmacy legislation and professional standards.
Essential Requirements
• Recognised pharmacy qualification.
• Professional registration or eligibility for registration in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Relevant pharmacy experience.
• Strong attention to detail and medication-safety awareness.
• Good communication and patient counselling skills.

Applicants must meet the applicable Finnish professional recognition, licensing and employment requirements.
Experience & Language
- 2+ years pharmacy experience
- Finnish or Swedish language proficiency may be required for patient-facing healthcare positions, depending on the profession and employer. English can be useful in international workplaces.
